Please note that the Black Friday/Cyber Monday sales period is a very busy time of year. We aim to dispatch orders within the usual time frame, however we ask all customers to bear with us during this time and expect an extended dispatch and delivery time frame. This is due to our own volume of orders, as well as the mailing system experiencing high demand this time of year.

All UK purchases are shipped using the postal companies DHL and UK Mail (Signed 3-7 working days). European and Worldwide orders are also shipped using DHL Tracked and Signed. Orders sent to the United States will be dispacthed via the United States Postal Services USPS (Tracked and Signed 5-7 Working Days)
Orders placed on weekdays before 3pm (GMT) will aim to be dispatched the same working day. Orders placed on weekdays after 3pm and orders placed on a Saturday or Sunday will be dispatched the next working day.
Please be aware that working days do not include Weekends or Bank Holidays.

Returning Goods By Post
Write your name, address and order number on the returns form. Complete the returns form and enclose it with your items and original dispatch note. Ensure your items are placed within a securely wrapped parcel. Please be aware your parcel is your responsibility until it reaches us, so we highly advise using a registered or recorded postal service. Costs of returning items are to be covered by the customer.
Please be aware that any items purchased at a reduced price from the original RRP on the website are ineligible for a cash refund and can only be exchanged or issued a gift card. This includes the 'Garment of The Day' item and items in the SALE section of the website.
Return your order within 14 days for a full refund/exchange or gift card.
Exchange for a different colour or size of the same style only. We are unable to exchange for additional products.
